Arsa Wayan Guest House was established in 2012, starting with three guest rooms. The property offers comfortable accommodations with facilities including air conditioning, hot and cold showers, free Wi-Fi, a separate shared kitchen, and a spacious workspace. In addition to accommodation, Arsa Wayan Guest House offers a unique cultural experience called "A Day as a Balinese." This program is open to both staying and non-staying guests, allowing participants to experience authentic Balinese daily life through traditional routines, cultural activities, and nature-based experiences that reflect the island's philosophy of harmony with the environment. The program was recognized as Bali's Best Innovation Program of 2024 and received the prestigious Bali Swacita Nugraha Award from the Governor of Bali. It has also been officially registered with the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia and has been granted an Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Certificate, recognizing its originality and legal protection.
